Batch 98 Long awaited reunion

The meeting today, Dec 7 was successful. Few people came but discussion was substantial..Below are the minutes:
1. DATE : Dec 27 -28 , 2009
VENUE: MNCHS, Masbate City

2. CONTRIBUTION - Everybody is encouraged to contribute P 1,000
at a minimum. This covers contri for the project, 2-day event, and batch shirt. For those who are generous enough, we would gladly appreciate higher contribution. Assinged project to us, of course for the benefit of our Alma Mater is a 4 in 1 printer.

3. REMITTANCE OF CONTRIBUTION - Kindly deposit your contributions on or before Dec 18 to the following bank accounts: a) Dindo Apron C. Fortuno - BDO acct#3430096582 or b) Dececemel P. Sorreda Landbank acct#0906066696.......Contributions may also be personally handed to Decemel Ponferrada for those who are based in Masbate. Contact numbers: Dindo - 09163225155, Decemel - 09063099229. Please do inform them once you've deposited the money. We suggest that deposit slips be kept and submitted on the Dec 27 for audit purposes..

4. Distribution of batch shirt will start on December 23. Kindly coordinate with Frenesi Francisco @ 09279912750.

5. PICTURES - Please do send high school pics and current gimik pics of the batch/classmates @ fortuno.dindo@gmail.com. Deadline of submission is on Dec 20. These pics will be used for the powerpoint presentation during the grand night on the 27th Dec.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS - Tarps will be posted at MNCHS main gate by next week.
7. Very exciting program awaits everyone on the grand night (Dec 27). The itinerary for 2-day event will be posted here once finalized.
